Comedy Shows in Boston, MA

The Wilbur is on Tremont Street, in the Theater District, and it is the room that shows up most often on this page. Charles Playhouse Theater 2 is a short walk away and takes another run of dates in the same few blocks. Bigger tours move into the Boch Center Wang Theatre and the Boch Center Shubert Theatre, still in that downtown cluster, or out to MGM Music Hall at Fenway when the show wants the room next to the ballpark. TD Garden appears for the largest bills, and those nights are rare next to the Wilbur. What you are looking at is a theater show with a headliner on a tour. Read the venue before you assume every Boston row is the Wilbur. A Fenway date is a different subway stop and a different kind of lobby.

Boston adds Wilbur and Playhouse dates between the bigger on-sales. If the Wilbur is the room you actually go to, the FindStandup alert on this page will email you when a new Boston show is posted, including the nights that are not at the Wilbur.
